Components of the SkyCare™ IT Department:

Server Management and Monitoring
We proactively update, back up, and manage all your key business services. The monitoring provides critical insight into the health of your system. Comprehensive management and maintenance of your vital network servers including user resource management, patch and service pack management, information systems monitoring, application updates, and security. We will make sure that your infrastructures remain safe, sound, and secure.

Data Protection
With each SkyCare™ IT Department implementation the customer has the option for Skyline IT Services to deploy a SkyVault™ data protection server. With the SkyVault™ all critical servers are backed-up locally in real-time for quick restore of corrupted or missing data. Additionally SkyVault™ can virtualize any down servers while they are being repaired and for an additional fee customers can elect to send back-up data into the Cloud for a complete disaster recovery solution.

Network Management
Our trained staff of certified professionals can actively monitor and manage your routers, switches, firewalls, and servers to protect you from unnecessary downtime and threats both internal and external to your networks.

Desktop Management
Skyline offers workstation patch and service pack management, application updates, anti-virus and security software updates for your office workstations.

Helpdesk / Technical Support
We can fix most problems remotely, whether it be a server issue, desktop issue or network issue. The remote helpdesk support allows for quick response without the delay of waiting for the onsite dispatch to arrive.  Let our friendly and patient desktop support staff guide you through your next computer challenge.  At Skyline IT Services our call center is located in San Diego, California - not in a foreign country where English is a second language.  We are ready to handle all of your tech support needs. Should the issue require onsite support; it will be escalated to the technical team for onsite assistance.  Onsite support is provided to perform maintenance tasks, onsite troubleshooting and repairs as well as user desktop support.
